My AQ Dragonfly Red shows it delivering > 24/96 (via Samsung Galaxy 7). However a given phone's DAC may not allow it. The Qobuz app for your phone (Android or iOS) is free as are all of their apps for whichever OS. Well here in Europe. I cannot imagine why Qobuz would make it a pay for product in the USA ( I can't check as they only allow access to the version that matches your DNS).
