JRemote doesn't work. Recommend something else?

I have all my music on a computer using JRiver. The JRemote on my iPad worked fine allowing me to stream through PSAudio Perfectwave with a bridge.

This stopped working a few weeks ago and I cannot, for the life of me, get JRemote to find my library

I've tried the access code, no luck. Looked at firewalls, found nada. Read a ton of stuff, nothing seems to work at least at my somewhat limited computer ability.

Is there some other app I can use to stream music from my computer to the PS Audio DAC?
