Help with JRemote

Hi, all.

I've been using JRiver and JRemote to stream for over a year with no issues.

Recently, the JRemote disconnected from JRiver and I am having a hard time trying to get it to work again. The remote tells me I need the access key.

I get that from River and put it in but Remote doesn't connect with River.

It says I need a user name and password if my network is password protected. I put my network name and password and still no luck. I try putting River username and password, no luck.

What am I doing wrong?
