RE: Daphile does it support ASIO?

I'm not a Dante expert but a quick scan of a manual proves you right imho

Maybe https://www.merging.com/products/alsa_ravenna_aes67_driver exposes a ASIO driver on the Linux box allowing any Linux media player supporting this protocol to paly to the DAC

The other two pieces will be needed as well but you need Win (heresy?) or OSX to install them.
