Onkyo se-200 pci soundcard

Has anyone heard this new soundcard from Onkyo?? Its looks like its a 7.1 card but has a seperate high quality 2channel section with its own Wolfson 8740 dac and analogue stage. Looks interesting I wonder how it compares to other sub $200 soundcards???
