RE: Need help with getting App to work with Melco

It looks like you are using 2 routers, a "main" one and a 2nd one.
Both probably do DHCP (assign IP addresses), do they know the addresses of other routers?
They should but do they?

Besides DHCP, this is probably about DLNA/UPnP as well.
I say so because most of the time apps like Kazoo or Lumin use DLNA.
Often DLNA is not allowed over the WAN (internet) but LAN only.
Hence if the device running Kazoo is connected to the main router and the Melco (again assuming DLNA) is connected to the 2nd router, both routers might see each other as being WAN hence the DLNA between the 2 routers is blocked.

A first might be to simplify.
Connect both the device running Kazoo and the Melco to the main router.
If this works, it is probably the DLNA being blocked
