Swarovski crystals, aka glass by the Swarovski glass company.

A Google search reveals no hits, I could see, of any discussions regarding their ability to be placed into audio systems with audible effect.

At least it appears they used a slightly different mold when compared with the Wurth dust caps which makes it more difficult to argue these are nothing more than 72 cent dust caps with a sticker and glass bead added.
