Assuming you expect a USB DAC attached to a NAS to show up as an audio device in Win, the answer is no. It doesn't work that way.
If the NAS is running DLNA, it should popup in Win explorer as a media device.
In DLNA control point you can choose it as a renderer (if it supports this)
