Do you think the Emu040 will give me a better digital output than my Xfi extreme music sound card does?? I use Foobar2000 and Asio works fine with the Xfi. Im just wondering if a pro sound card like the Emu or Rme will give a better quality digital output than the Xfi? Im also wondering how the Spdif output will compare to the usb output. I am in the process of picking a DAC to hook up to my computer and im not sure if im better off with a USB dac or a regular DAC?
