RE: Question Concerning SB-Touch

Hi dynaudio,
after using full modificated cmp/cplay (lipofer feeded Juli@ and I2s to buffalo 32), linux, and an SB-receiver i can say that the touch out of the box and only using the SPDIF outperformes the former systems in every asked aspect.
But !!! it can be better.
It sounds best with a dedicated server ( my cmp PC) a good router with a modded PS ,and a new linear PS with 200.000µF. Even compared with the modificated SB-Receiver ( unsoldered regulators , lipofer-batteries and I2s to the buffalo) it plays in an other league.
I don't know what happens if i do the mdifications as done in the receiver ,but it is so good that i stay a little before going on.
