RE: Opinions needed about power supply condition

Must be bad, when I first turn it on it says 5.011 volts then drops to 5.009 and stays better than it did before. The problem is, as soon as I slap the top of the PS case, the voltage drops to 4.6 volts. I slap it more to see if it changes back to 5 volts no good. I have to turn the power switch off and back on and it pops up 5.011 then, slowly drops back to 5.009 again until slapped again. I'm going to get another PS and keep my fingers crossed that it works LOL! Slapping it has no effect on the 12 or 3.3 volt rails.
