I believe microRendu is well designed product for its price but something like $1400 PSU is more suitable for product at price range like Signature Series Rendu at $2895.
btw, I think they can still make affordable linear PSU with shunt regulator at $400 for sell using 20VA transformer. That'd save $1000 for microRendu users.
