I noticed a while ago that the new mantra is decode on SBT. Before, there was no question that on the PC was better. Using wired ethernet that is. I "optimized" for that wired config, even adjusted my network setup quite a lot (and for the much better, should have done it sooner but had no impetus).I guess it behooves me to try decoding on the SBT again. I am not confident in what *some* people say "there" because not only have they vehemently said the opposite not that long ago, but their ancillary gear is much "worse" than even mine is (compared to others here), and I bet they're not as picky about setup either. Add that to some (not all...) of the more vocal of them not believing in quality PSs making a diff, nor in quality AC power, etc. etc. = unconfident, but still worth another look I guess.
