It worked fine for about 3 weeks. Then I would power up and it wouldn't boot up. I was running on a WIFI connection. I called Auralic a couple of times but it didn't help. Finally one day I got there top technical adviser and we spent 5 hours on the phone trying to get it to work. I even went out and got the best router I could. Nothing. Sent it back to them and they said it worked but felt if they sent it back it probably wouldn't work in my setup. They offered to give me a full refund because they said they were not in business to sell products that wouldn't work for customers.This was after I had it for 5 months. Nice company. Also I remember we tried a direct wire connection from the router and still it wouldn't work. It should be said that I had a Lenova PC that constantly shut down streaming Tidal. Bought a Macbook pro and have never again had any problems. A friend has the Auralic Mini and loves it. No problems. Go figure
