Because you backed your self into a corner..you have to a little dance..the kind that a little kid does when he shits his pants and wants his diapers changed.

So..you resort to gibberish:

And your point IS???? My point is it is NOT designed by a bunch of computer engineers whose knowledge of audio could fit in a thimble.

And bullshit strawman arguments:

What components are held to the standard of being compared to ones costing 10x and 25x more? Desperation must be causing your brain to cloud over.

And lastly, AGAIN:

"I said about the Pi, "no better than my Mac Mini direct to DAC". In other words, it did not exceed my Mac Mini."

In other words, it was JUST AS GOOD. Not bad for a cheapo DIY against your might "optimized" Mac, that you need hundreds of dollars of external peripherals to make sound good. Quit while you are behind.
