Hi and thanks a lot again for the very valuable advice.
I am slow at understanding electronics but i have also experience ground loops for instance when i tried to connect the tv to the stereo ... increasing the volume i was getting a easy audible hum (i think 60 Hz).
Unfortunately i do not have a clue about how to measure differences between grounds.
However, you say" I discovered that single ended gear sharing grounds between channels was causing quite a bit of noise to show up in my system "
could using balanced connections be a solution also for ground loops ?
My dac has also XLR outs. I could go that way in case.
Thanks again.
Kind regards,
bg
