I have the Intona Industrial model also, the output I reclock/condition with a W4S Recovery connected via the Uptone USPCB adapter. Recovery is powered by Uptone LPS-1.
This sounds fantastic and works flawlessly. (One advantage of the better USB connectors is that often the Intona is used in some type of USB device chain and it is nice to have the extra security of the connection when things get into awkward positions... especially if you desire to hide the Intona from view).
I also had an Uptone ISORegen (wanted to simplify the chain, I have had good success with the first generation Regen previously). In my system, when the ISORegen (with isolation active) replaces the Intona/Recovery, my computer shuts down when I close/open any light switch nearby. This type of problem, ranging from clicks to disconnections, is being found occasionally in the Uptone - and seems also the newly introduced iFi device which I understand uses the same isolation chip.
Both these devices have switches to defeat/change the isolation in the event of the problem occurring, which has to do with system grounding meeting the chip operation requirements.
My guess is it is a very very small percentage of users who have the problem...
I will be checking with interest anything new from Intona. I think most would agree that their product presentation is rather engineering focused, not at all directed at shilling audiophiles.

My hope is they will offer a higher quality reclocking scheme, and options for external power.
If I understand correctly, the Uptone uses a USB3 hub (for better sound quality - does not work at USB3 speeds), and iFi is full USB3 compatible.. It could be that the extra processing headroom of the USB3 standard helps somehow with the resultant sound quality. So that may be an idea for some additional area for improvement.
