I MEANT they will NOT install them, and ship them with JUST the SSD drive used for memory buffer.

Who said my unit has any hard drives?...Aurender is more than willing to customize the product at additional cost in this regard.

Additional cost to leave the drives out? Are you serious?

For our purposes we do not store music on the internal drive.

So, you have modified it to access content from a network or a NAS instead of the internal "vault"?
