As a seldomly-contributing inmate, I'll say that I've appreciated your modding in the past - your curtailing of Jaundiced Ear and Abe have been welcome to me, in particular.

However, also as a seldomly-contributing inmate, I fear not the consequences of saying that: I think doing the same to fmak is both unfair and unwise. Fred is undeniably a vitriolic personality, but he has always been, and has recently graduated from being a boring contrarian to being one of the most learned and progressive of inmates in the Computer Audio subforum.

If the subforum is to remain relevant to PC audio then the voices championing server/transport/PC hardware and software configuration need to be allowed a voice, and Fred is one of those voices, and a learned one at that.
