Not my direction at all for my main system. But I like playing with hardware that seems appropriate for certain jobs. This is how we learn about software and hardware.Unfortunately, there are some here who have become enthusiasts in set products and practices and who don't use their knowledge or skills in setting up systems.
I do not skimp on power supplies, cables, or proper mains isolation and filtering and I probably have more AC regenerators and use them than most.
And Oh, I don't want it smaller, I want it better.
