Paid not attention to which wall of the Loft/Listening room they installed the phone jacks, because phone jacks are just phone jacks.
This during a huge remodel/rebuild/added story in 2003/4.
Who knew or cared about computer audio then? Not me. I was more worried about having a place for my record cleaning system. =:-0
Loft has cork floor, no carpet to hide the cable under so ran 35 feet of white Cat 5e the wall to a gigabit switch at the equipment rack for all of the connected goodies.
First they came for the dumb-asses
