Us PC guys are not as cool as you Mac guys... but we've been doing this USB optimisation since Windows XP fellas! ;)
Control Panel -> Device Manager -> Universal Serial Bus Controllers.
Then look at the Power tab of each USB Hub to see which devices it services. This way, you can plug, play and dedicate your audio device to a single USB Hub. :)
