Given everything that's going on:Millions of missing WH emails; Rove apparently having deleted emails after Fizgerald ordered him not to; the WH effectively claiming executive privilege over these external servers and refusing to accede to Congress' request for full and immediate delivery of all emails related to the US Attorneys investigation: should Leahy and Conyers send in the US Marshals to impound the RNC servers so as to preserve their contents?
