None of it is good - Iran has started rationing gasoline.If Iraq and Nigeria were both magically to be cleansed of their afflictions, they would together be able to add at most 1.5 mbpd to the world total output of about 81 mbpd. That's not much oil and a really big "if". Since neither of their problems are going to go away any time soon, their current production is about as good as it's going to get. That may be a good thing, as it will leave more oil in the ground to pump later when we really need it.
