Oil Wars. We are seeing OW III in Iraq right now. OW I was Iran-Iraq, OW II was Kuwait.Of course, there's a good case to be made that Iraq is actually OW V, that WWI and WWII were also OW I and OW II. One of the first British deployments in WW I was to Basra.
