Close "all fossil fueled electricity plants"? Replace them with windmills (which can only supply an electrical grid with 25% of its total load) and NIMBY Nuclear? Everybody gives up their military?We might succeed in massively raising the number of wind turbines and nukes, but we will never come close to replacing the existing combustion plants. And there isn't a country on earth that will agree to let their military go. The refrain will be, "Sounds great. You first."
