The summary was just released. The full reportsd will be released by working Group, starting in May. The final sysnthesis report isn't due to be adopted until November. The terms for acceptance and review of the content are given in the linked PDF. Basically, all lead authors were involved with the final wording of the SPM relating to their chapters.Where do you get the idea that the final WG reports are going to "water down" the conclusions presented in the SPM, especially by a "factor of 10", whatever that means? Got a citation for that?
