Tom d'Aquino blew my mind. Sounds like that boy got religion, along with most of the Canadian business community (well, except for the CEO of Suncor, maybe). The only process block standing between us and serious action seems to be Harper's ideology. Everyone else is champing at the bit to get moving.I especially liked the "carrot and stick" approach they proposed for the trucking industry.
