I remember around 1969 or 68 Jack Loftus Ford in Hinsdale IL. had 2
brand new 427's still on the floor and could not get window price for
them . I knew they would be worth a lot of money, however being 19
yrs old I didn't have any .
One of the kit manufacturers produces an actual aluminum bodied
version . Right now I acquired a 78 Mustang II that my son and I are
building a 302 for . Can't afford a Cobra kit at the moment , still
dreaming tho .
