Chelsea Welch, the waitress, should have been HONORED as she did a GREAT public service outing a cheap hypocrite who doesn't deserve to be a pastor.
People will not judge people if they behave correctly, Chelsea Welch behaved correctly. Pastor Alois Bell and Applebee's behaved poorly, were complete and total assholes.

Also if any company mistreats any of it's workers and refuses to correct the situation or offers the wrong or inadequate solution then it's the duty of said worker(s) to have their grievances resolved and that includes but is not limited to posting on the internet, telling everyone they know and suing their asses off!
You don't fire someone for exposing someone who needs to be exposed! The pastor needs to own up to her own actions, ask God for forgiveness and go into another line of work.
IMHO Chelsea Welch should sue both Pastor Alois Bell and Applebee's!!!!!
