Chelsea Welch, the waitress, should have been given a medal and a big raise for exposing such a hypocrite. Everyone who goes to Pastor Bell's church should put NOTHING in the collection plate and refuse to make any donation until she publicly apologizes to Chelsea Welch and demands Applebee's gives Ms. Welch her job back.
Both Pastor Bell and Applebee's are very much in the wrong here.
Way to go Chelsea Welch, I'm very proud of you. You are a shinning light to workers everywhere and to those who are against religious hypocrisy.
