Your hero Smirknasty used recess appointments when Democrats held sway over Congress without the slightest judicial criticism during his two terms in Office, which makes this back-door Constitutional blockade look all the more racially motivated.

And if you're wondering why I think racial animus is involved, it's because Congressional Republicans have gone out of their way to make sure THIS President fails, even to the point of holding up appointments to open positions needed to assure a smooth running Administration. Progressives (folks with minds) clearly see this for what it is.
