Abortion is simply one option to a complicated problem that can't accommodate a one-size-fits-all answer. It isn't a mandate. You don't have to support it, but equality demands access for those women who choose it as an alternative to an unwanted pregnancy.
Only a misogynist would deign to deny women the right of that choice. End of story.
