Have you ever considered the possibility that without knowing the intel that the POTUS's was relying on that such a heinous assertion has no merit?
I know that you're naive, but speculating on this is kind of junk is low even for you.
Also, you should be aware that the anonymous opinions of a soldier(?) with an axe to grind doesn't constitute fact or excuse insubordination targeting the CiC.
