Pain in the brain is little understood by neurosurgeons and neurologists.
These people have no idea what it is like to like with excruciating pain in ones brain that even 18 hydrocodones at one time fail to make a dent in it.
One pain specialist injected my head with enough Botox to make the faces on the anti-medicare crowd here is going to freeze up like Joan Rivers when they find out that medicare paid $6,500.00 to see if it would help.
Apparently it works on some people with migraines.
I don't have migraines.
I see their trying to talk you out of your final exit.
But I'm the only one here who fully understand what your going through.
The other can only guess and offer ideas that I'm sure you've tried already. I guess your tired of seeing doctor after doctor only to be told their nothing else they can do.
I've applied to 6 neurosurgery groups and after they've read my medical records they all said the same thing. "There is nothing we can do for you so we don't want you as a patient".
The few who did see me all said the same thing. "their is nothing medical community can do for you"
Prepair yourself. Pain gets harder to deal with as we get older.
I'm prepared.
And for you guys who have never experienced mind numbing pain it's something you can't imagine. Break a leg or finger. Blow out a knee, chop your hand off with a saw. The pain is real, it's something you see and understand. Something a doctor can relate to.
Try to get them to or you guys to understand what pain in the brain is like. You can't.
Theresa I too worry about getting old with this pain that what should be fatal levels of narcotic medicine only dent.
Take Care Theresa
