Got it.
Until proven otherwise, it seems safe to assume this it yet another politically motivated "study" intended to advance the single payor agenda, rather than an actual quest for knowledge and understanding.
And far from being humiliated, the health care institutions I'm affiliated with do miracles with premature and at risk infants every day, saving babies born as young as 22 weeks. I'm enormously proud of what our doctors, nurses and specialist accomplish.
