RE: A Friend's Son is an example of this

I can imagine that it would be hard for any parent to properly deal with a child's affirmation, be it physical or mental. Sometimes, spouses will blame each other, which leads to seperation and divorce. (I've seen it)

Sometimes it's easier to find something to blame, rather than accept that there were biological and/or environmental conditions instead. And find something other than the parents to point the finger at.

As you said, "Tt's not proof, ..." Just a mother's observation about how MJ effects her son who has been diagnosed with schizophrenia.
