Thanks! Actually I'm not by any means an HVAC guru, but I've designed a lot of houses and because I'm someone who hates being hot- and lived 25 years in a very hot part of Los Angeles***, I think about staying cool often- June to October,..
***One Saturday in July, 2006 it was 119 F in Woodland Hills, CA!
