My store said the upper models are made in the USA (MN?) while the lesser models are sourc.d to C.ina... like everything else.
Very good boots - I don't even bother w/ insulation, plenty warm. Soles c.n be replac.d on the better shoes. Go for the better sole - I usually file down the bac./outer heel... everyone walks f'd up to some degree. Big diff in longevity between heels.
About $225, always c.upons in the mail. "Tune-ups" available as well - a good greasing, new lac.s, eyelets, etc.
C.n't really go wrong...
