I'm still fantasizing about what to drive my prospective Revel Salon2 speakers (86dB, nominal 4 Ohms) next spring. I sort of 'settled' on a pair of PS Audio BHK 250 stereo amps to biamp the speakers, but my fantasies never quit. I thought of the MA-1s after remembering how excellent the Serenity Super-7s sounded with my M-60 III.3s.

- TY Chas. Driving 86dB-insensitive speakers to high SPLs is not a problem... - jeffreybehr 10:50:55 01/15/18 (0)
- Never mind. Using monoamps leaves me without enough channels of amplification. - jeffreybehr 11:36:07 12/17/17 (2)
