I've never heard the 300B OTL, nor do I know anyone who has. But, a few questions to ask yourself about such an undertaking are:
1) do you like the sound of the 300B/2A3/45 as cathode-followers?
2) do you like the sound of paralleled 300B/2A3/45s?
3) do you like the sound of 300B/2A3/45s in push-pull mode? It's possible that you could achieve some of the 300B/2A3/45 sound by using one of these tubes as a driver for a more traditional 6AS7 OTL.
