Silly I know, but I was away from the analog scene for nearly 10 years and couldn't live without the set.Individually you can find better performances from the likes of Schunabel, Backhaus, Solomon etc. but the quality is very high throughout the whole set. Besides, I haven't found a better performance of the slow movement of Hammerklavier yet. And that movement, together with the 2nd movement of no.32, matters the most for me.
Disclaimer: I'm an uncurable fan of Brendel, and to my ears Brendel's Mozart, Beethoven, Schubert and Schumann are always top notch.
