Ibería by Isaac Albéníz, played by Luis Grané
I've been playing it often, and know it will take quite a few more runs through to really know it. Wonderful performance, and maybe the best sounding piano recording I know. It was recorded at Musicstry Studios in Madrid. Get it from playclassics.com.
Other than this, I'm overdue for a deep dive into Ohlsson's, Rubinstein's, and Arrau's Chopin, and Louis Lortie's perf of Liszt's monstrous Années de Pèlerinage.
