Tchaikovsky
Tallis
Brahms
Mahler
Ligeti
J. S. Bach
Bruckner
Most of the above are here because of a handful of compositions that I really love and enjoy revisiting often. For example, I have listened to a few of Ligeti's works fairly frequently since the late 1960s; there are a few more that I like; and there are quite a few that I don't much care that I ever hear again.
Those are pretty well "in order" of pizazz for me right now .
Steve Reich has been my Go-To Guy since the late 1970s, but Bach is often Number 2 on my list of "Got to hear him now" folks. And Beethoven's catalog is probably the widest that I enjoy.
