This is my list today, tomorrow who knows. The last six are mostly for their music for solo piano.

Schubert
Brahms
Liszt
Oops! That's 11. :-) I got carried away............Funny thing is these are also probably the composers that I now listen to the least. It's far more rewarding to explore the rest - lots of good stuff to be (re)discovered.
