I'll add Brahms: particularly the Violin, Violin and Cello Concertos, and the German Requiem.

All of the Beethoven Symphonies.

Also the Berg and Barber Violin Concertos; Ralph Vaughan William's " A Lark Ascending"; Haydn's "Seven Last Words".

The adagio from Bach's Concerto for Two Violins: those few minutes contain the world.
