I received two email replies from Tatsuo Nishimura, one with the available discs and the other with ordering instructions in English and German. Discs are pricey at 26 Euros. There is a discount to 20 Euros per disc if 4 or more are ordered. I don't know if I want to order that many. A dilemma. Curiosity is likely to win here.
I won't make a list, but I would add LPs and tapes. At the top of my list would be The Tape Project 15 ips 2-track tape of the Reference Recording of Arnold Overture. Nothing else I have heard even comes close to the sound on this tape. Price? $200 plus shipping. So what's $100+ for a handful of Nishimura discs? :-)
