I'm now up to revision 4 which has 2.0 ohm resistors in the tweeter section and 1.5 ohm resistors in the woofer section. From revs 1 to 4, I've been putting back some of the midrange dip and adjusting the tweeter level.One downside is that along with the more neutral midrange, my mod has brought back what I think has been termed the Maggie "opaqueness": the feeling as though one's listening to the music through a sheet of mylar. This may be due to the -0.7dB treble shelf, or the tweeter resonance becoming more prominant, or some other characteristic of the drivers that the stock crossover was designed to compensate for. Not everyone might consider the mod an improvement.
