RE: Way cool!

An absolute must stop on Saturdays.

Absolutely! Ever venture across the street from the Prado (or Pardo as he referred to it) to Julian's apartment for listening to his D-Ws?

Guy from Marietta(Michael Martin) also had a store called Back Door Audio.

The original Back Door Audio was on Cheshire Bridge Rd and was owned by a guy named Spector(?).

Initially, Julian partnered with him and opened as Back Door. After a year or so, he split and changed the name of the store.

I remember first wandering in to check out his new store. I asked some questions for which I knew the answers to see how he would respond. He had his opinions but never lied like others. Remember "Dirty Don's Warehouse Audio" that sold the usual fare of Japanese receivers? Don would visit sometimes and talk about business. He had a 30-30 warranty policy. Within 30 feet outside or 30 minutes of buying something there, he would take care of it himself. Otherwise, you had to contact the manufacturer!
