It looks to me as though your initial thought that theses might be from Spectra 22's was correct.
The middle group and the group on the right in your picture appear to be the front/rear stator wires, and the group on the left probably the bias connections. Keep in mind the Spectra 22 used two individual panels per side, or frame. Two five-wire panels for Spectra 22 should be ten total leads per side. I think that's what you have. I'm not an expert on the Spectra series, so do take a bit of salt with this.
You could use either the Spectra interfaces, or the Medallion full range interfaces.
There's a former Acoustat engineer who, last I heard, is still doing a lot of rebuilds on Acoustat transformer interfaces. AFAIK, he works on Spectra interfaces too. I don't have a contact for him, but if you'll Google "Roy A Esposito Acoustat", you are bound to get a hit. He just might be able to hook you up.
